Earlier in the week, I was experiencing some serious self-doubt.

I was in my gym lifting (which I LOVE to do), but there was a voice in my head saying maybe the reason I’m not where I want to be financially is because I was spending too much time pursuing my fitness goals.

The self-doubt voice was telling me I could be spending that hour per day generating more leads …

I could be spending that hour per day networking with more people …

You see, I’m connected to a lot of people who make A LOT of money.

Sometimes, it inspires me.

Other times, it causes me to seriously doubt myself.

Deep down, I know that I’m on the right path and that financial abundance will be part of my reality …

But, sometimes we just need a sign from above.

You know, a sign that kicks our self-belief into high gear.

Well, I got that sign!

Two days ago, I shared a story on Instagram that showcased my physical progress pics.

Soon after, a local real estate mogul reached out and said he wanted to get as ripped as me.

I told him I’d be happy to coach him.

He said let’s do it.

Here’s the twist though.

Instead of having him pay me a flat rate per month to get him where he wants to be, I offered up a different kind of solution.

And he loved it.

I’m going to mentor him in his physical fitness and he’s going to mentor me in the real estate investing/flipping game.

It’s an epic win/win.

At the beginning of 2022, I set a goal of flipping one house this year.

Thanks to this new opportunity with this real estate mogul (and he’s a GIANT in the industry), I have a strong feeling that things are about to take off.

Had I let self-doubt win the battle, and had I decided to stop taking fitness so seriously, chances are I would not have shared that progress photo.

And had I not shared that progress photo, this guy would have never reached out.

So, if you’re passionate about something (for me it’s fitness and being in the best shape possible), continue to do what you love.

The universe will reward you.

It may not be this year, it may not be next year, but if you continue to believe and take action, you will reach the promised land.

I’ll see you on the battlefield.
