The other day I shared a post about finishing my 4th book of 2022.
A friend commented and asked “where do you find the time.”
My answer to this question is simple:
I don’t FIND the time, I CREATE the time.
My daily morning routine (7 days a week) looks like this:
– Wake up between 4:00 am and 5:30 am (exact time depends on how busy my day is)
– Take my vitamins
– Meditate for 10 minutes
– Read 10-20 pages of a personal development / business book
– 45 minute cardio (this one happens 5-6x per week … not all 7 days)
By sticking to this routine like my life depends on it (because in some ways it does), I’m able to take care of my mind, body and soul, before my family gets out of their beds.
