I do my best to run every decision I make through a very easy to remember filter … is the choice I’m about to make going to get me closer to my goal(s), or push them further away
I always know the answer to that question, but the challenge is ~ am I going to respect that knowledge and do what’s right, or disregard that knowledge and take two steps back
